Tribute to the Legend: Chuck Norris (1940–2026)

Hollywood and action movie fans around the world are mourning the loss of a true icon. On March 19, 2026, legendary actor and martial artist Chuck Norris passed away at the age of 86. In his honor, a special tribute ceremony was held at The Action Hall of Fame, where a majestic bronze statue of the legend was unveiled.

The larger-than-life statue captures Chuck Norris in his iconic fighting stance — one leg raised high in a powerful kick, fists clenched, radiating strength and determination. At the base of the statue, a solemn plaque reads: “A Legend Forever – Chuck Norris – 1940–2026”

In a moving display of respect, a group of Hollywood’s biggest action stars gathered in front of the statue and paid tribute with a crisp military-style salute. From left to right, the lineup includes Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Sylvester Stallone, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Keanu Reeves, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
These stars, many of whom had worked with or been inspired by Norris over the decades, stood shoulder to shoulder to honor the man who helped define the action genre.

Born Carlos Ray Norris on March 10, 1940, in Oklahoma, Chuck Norris rose to fame as a world champion karate fighter before transitioning into acting. He became a household name through his long-running TV series Walker, Texas Ranger and action classics such as Missing in Action, The Delta Force, and his memorable role in The Expendables 2. Beyond the screen, Norris became a cultural phenomenon, spawning countless internet memes that turned “Chuck Norris Facts” into a global sensation.
The tribute at The Action Hall of Fame was not just a farewell, but a celebration of his enduring legacy — one built on discipline, courage, patriotism, and old-school heroism. Many celebrities took to social media to share heartfelt messages, calling him a “brother in arms” and a “real-life legend.”

Though Chuck Norris is no longer with us, his spirit lives on through the generations of martial artists and action stars he inspired. The bronze statue will stand as a permanent reminder of the man who once seemed invincible.
Rest in Peace, Chuck Norris. A Legend Forever.
