Cue 95 minutes of non-stop, balls-to-the-wall insanity: freeway chases in self-driving big rigs, mid-air fights on weaponized drones, casino massacres with tasers and laser knives, and Chev recharging himself by bungee-jumping off skyscrapers, crowd-surfing at a death-metal concert, and (yes) public sex in the middle of a riot because that’s just how you crank it.

The villains this time? A mega-corporation that wants to turn Chev into the ultimate living weapon. The tone? Even more meta than before, with Chev breaks the fourth wall, screams at the camera, flips off the MPAA, and basically dares you to keep up
