In 2027, the world is facing a global energy crisis. Major powers are racing to develop the next generation of nuclear energy, but it carries unimaginable risks. The film shifts into its climax in New York. Under Dr. Megala’s manipulation, Major Force activates the “Shadow Core Reactor” — a device capable of absorbing all nuclear energy on Earth and converting it into destructive power.
